Accounts Assistant - part time

Type: Part time, permanent - 18-20 hours a week

We are working closely with our client, to recruit a part time Accounts Administrator for their Eccelsall Road offices. This rare, permanent role is due to expansion, and is working with one of the leading estate agencies in the city, with a breath-taking portfolio of properties.

Aside from a great basic salary, you will be part of a genuine Sheffield success story, and will become part of a friendly, settled team. The role is 18 – 20 hours per week, and you will have flexibility on the hours and days you wish to work, so you could fit this role around other commitments.


You will be working alongside the company Accountant, in a support role, and will have a host of duties.

- Dealing with incoming calls to accounts, and handling all queries in a swift professional manner
- Data inputting on an internal accounts system
- Aiding with payroll, using Sage packages on a weekly / monthly basis
- General administration duties as and when required

The role is a brand new position, and one you can stamp your identity on.
To be considered, you must be within a commutable distance of S11 – it is essential you have previous experience within a similar role with a good working knowledge of Sage; full training in all the internal systems and procedures will be provided.
