My client is looking for a Talent Resourcer to join the team, working with the HR Manager to identify Recruitment Talent for their growing teams. In a nutshell, you’ll find great people to come and work for the company.

THE ROLE:

My client is looking for a Talent Resourcer to join the team, working with the HR Manager to identify Recruitment Talent for their growing teams. In a nutshell, you’ll find great people to come and work for the company.

No day will be the same, but in general the role will cover;

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to potential Candidates
  • Posting adverts on Job Boards and Social Media and responding to ad response
  • Daily Job Board Searches for Recruiters
  • Development of a strong network of experienced Recruiters on LinkedIn Recruiter and maintaining regular contact with the Network
  • Creating a Shortlist of qualified candidates to send forward to the HR Manager
  • Assisting with the arranging and confirmation of candidate interviews

To be successful in this job;

A warm and approachable personality would be an advantage, so you can engage people and sell the opportunities of coming on board.

Someone who is happy to pick up the phone and call all relevant candidates. Market mapping where new and experienced consultants currently work and when they might be interested in their next move.  Qualifying their experience so they can be shared with the HR Manager.

You’ll need to be extremely organised, as you could be spinning several plates at once, and admin needs to be on point.

Candidates must have experience of making outbound calls whether that be in an Recruitment Agency, Internal Recruitment, Telesales or a Customer Service environment. If you’ve dealt with customers over the phone then you’ll pick things up quickly.
