An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager / Lettings Coordinator to become part of this fantastic outfit. A good office manager is at the heart of the organisation, pulling everything together in an efficient and confident manner.

My client is one of the leading S11 Sales and Lettings Agencies. This independent family business and are renowned for their professionalism whilst offering a helpful, efficient and quick service. An office manager requires a broad skill set to meet a wide variety of duties and demands and needs an impeccable knowledge of the business.

Duties will include:
• Dealing with enquiries
• Quick responses to all stakeholder needs
• Taking prompt action to all requests
• Building exceptional relationships with colleagues, customers, tenants, landlords and contractors
• Diary management
• Organising a wide variety of activities around the office and lettings business
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed
• Organising maintenance issues in multiple properties
• Offering a second to none tailor made service
• In close contact with accounts and finance and keeping records of expenditures, raising invoices, etc
• Dealing with applications, contracts and legal documentation

Desirable
• Experience of working in the property, estate agency industry
• Knowledge of the S10, S11 area
• Knowledge of preparing AST's and other tenancy related documents
• Up to date knowledge on lettings legislation
• Strong grasp of lettings and property management
• Lettings compliance eg, Tenancy Deposits / Serving of Notice

Terms and Benefits
No uniform / relaxed working environment
Salary – £23,500
25 Days Holiday
Hours per week – 40 hours
Work one in three Saturdays – 9-12 Noon inc. in 40 hours
