Working closely with the Directors and Consultant Manager you will be responsible for researching and sourcing information on prospective candidates from a range of external and internal databases, deep web searching, social media and other means and ensuring that all information is managed appropriately.
You will need to be self-motivated, have good time management and have a professional phone manner. Your working day will be fast-paced and intense from start to finish.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
- Shortlisting candidates, conducting telephone interviews, arranging face to face interviews
- Liaising with candidates to discuss the role and promote the business
- Assisting in the checking and processing of compliance documents including right to work, references, overseas police checks, DBS checks and required qualification certificates
- Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
- Monitor responses and applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
- Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies to Directors and Consulting Manager
- Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal team
- Effectively use social media to engage with potential applicants
- Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
- Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
