Salary: 17,000 - OTE 24,200

Type: Permanent - 30 hours a week - 11am to 6pm

Working closely with the Directors and Consultant Manager you will be responsible for researching and sourcing information on prospective candidates from a range of external and internal databases, deep web searching, social media and other means and ensuring that all information is managed appropriately.

You will need to be self-motivated, have good time management and have a professional phone manner. Your working day will be fast-paced and intense from start to finish.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Shortlisting candidates, conducting telephone interviews, arranging face to face interviews
  • Liaising with candidates to discuss the role and promote the business
  • Assisting in the checking and processing of compliance documents including right to work, references, overseas police checks, DBS checks and required qualification certificates
  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
  • Monitor responses and applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies to Directors and Consulting Manager
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal team
  • Effectively use social media to engage with potential applicants
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer focussed environment for example recruitment (any sector), estate agency etc.
  • Is quality driven
  • Are rewards driven
  • Goes the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service
  • Has good IT skills
  • Can work well in a team and on individual projects
  • Has a great sense of humour and work ethic
