Salary: up to £21k plus great bonus scheme
Joining a team of three (inc Manager) you will supply suitably qualified Nurses to client demand (often at short notice) within the private care sector.
You will be responsible for interviewing care staff, compliance and the whole on- boarding process whilst working positively and proactively in a team environment. This includes filling shifts, account management and client meetings. There will be some business development with local care homes to add new users to their already thriving client base. You will therefore need to be confident on the phone and face to face.
To be consider you will already know temp recruitment processes, legislation and RTW regulations. Those who have healthcare sector knowledge will have an advantage. We are seeking applications from those with a temp fast paced recruitment background with first class communication and organisational skills. You MUST drive and have access to a car (for future).
If you are selected for interview, the process will be on Skype/Zoom platform and, if successful, strict social distancing measures will need to be adhered to. Rest assured you have a very supportive manager and team to assist your training and induction into the business.
Salary is up to £21k - may be increased for those with exceptional experience. This is further enhanced by a commission structure based on branch revenue and is in the region of £200-500pcm. Oncall is one weekend a month (paid) and one eve during the week.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
