This agency is a leading Financial and Legal Recruitment company with a well-established client base in Yorkshire and North Derbyshire. Due to an increase in workload they are now looking to hire a resource to support the Legal and Financial teams.

The role is ideal for someone who is looking to take the first step into recruitment and for the right person, there will be an opportunity to move into a Trainee Consultant role.

The role will involve:
• Advertising vacancies via job boards and social media
• Generating and calling candidates, either from advert applications or headhunting
• Identifying market trends by speaking to candidates and sharing this knowledge with the team
• Shortlisting suitable candidates to client job openings
• Management and updating of the recruitment database
• Referencing candidates
• Liaising with clients if instructed by consultants

To be successful in the role you need to be naturally personable, process drive and self-motivated.

The Person
• You may be of graduate calibre or have already spent time in a customer focussed working environment and already demonstrated achievement and progression in your career to date
• You will be able to demonstrate a commercial interest and a real interest in working in professional services.
• You will be highly motivated and able to complete tasks from start to finish
• You will be a good communicator with excellent phone manners
• You will be able to demonstrate customer focus and understand the customer journey
• You will have a can-do attitude and be able to work in an ever changing environment
• You will be a team player and keen to join an organisation where you will be able to grow and develop for the long term.
• You will have previously worked in a target driven environment
