The role
They have an exciting opening for the right person to join their driven, result orientated Client Services Team as a Sales Consultant.  The company pride themselves on their friendly approach, personal service, honesty and integrity. They listen to their clients and provide solutions to their needs with off-the-shelf, tailored and bespoke courses and workshops.  Are you the right person for join this fast growing and exciting business?

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Head of Client services, your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Grow existing accounts.
  • Develop a pipeline of new accounts from warm leads.
  • Meet and Exceed KPI’s.
  • Following up and generating new leads through proactive calling.
  • Consultative conversations to determine clients training requirements.
  • Generating quotes and providing information.
  • Calling from internal & external sales campaigns.
  • Closing sales.
  • KPI reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Proven track record of developing exceptional client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work consistently to high standards
  • Result focused
  • Ability to work in a self-directed way
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Full driving license
