Senior Resourcer / Account Manager

Salary: up to £28k plus uncapped bonus

Are you a Senior Resourcer / Account Manager / Fufilment Consultant who enjoys building long term, trusting relationships over the phone, email and in person?

This role is an integral part of a high performing team – providing candidate management, business development and administration support to Public Sector IT teams with a particular focus on working with Senior Digital and IT candidates in the Police and Intelligence Sector.

This is a fast paced and varied role and duties will include:

  • Weekly CV searches in core markets to ensure minimum standard of CVs captured
  • Interview candidates, add to system and share relevant information including Leads
  • Daily job board searches in core markets for lead generation
  • Current contractor management
  • Ownership of specified MSP accounts (Matrix / Comensura etc)
  • Ownership of specified sector i.e. data & analytics, ERP or Digital (candidates)
  • Resourcing and placement support
  • Business development support
  • Marketing - Liaising with marketing team to produce content i.e. blogs / Contributing to brand development and awareness
  • Administration support - Database cleansing / Contract management support / Payroll / compliance liaison / Formatting CVs and interview co-ordination
