Location: Newcastle - hybrid - 3 days in office and 2 days working from home

Salary: £45k plus car allowance £4,500

We are open to an existing business manager who is looking for their next step. We are even keen for a sales team leader, someone who is not shy of showcasing their key achievements and bringing it to the company!

 The Role and what you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or Director, you will be responsible for increasing the branches revenue by maintaining and growing company market share in the area.

  • You will do this by analysing, monitor, and deliver on key metrics and KPIs for the branch. Alongside, reaching and exceeding financial and operational targets, including profit and loss management.
  • Increasing market share by leading and overseeing advertising, marketing, sales, and service efforts in the branch.
  • Developing, inspiring, and coaching your branch in the company way to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Strong leadership skills, driving your own business and motivating your team to exceed objectives is what will make you ideal for this role.
  • You will be adept at adopting a consultative approach, understanding client needs deeply and offering tailored solutions.
  • Integral to this role is the ability to generate business opportunities and nurture client relationships. You will ideally have a track record in cultivating leads, expanding client portfolios and contributing significantly to team success through strategic business development initiatives
