With a strong reputation for professionalism and care for both clients and employees, the company offers a supportive environment where people are trusted to manage their own areas and make a real impact.

The Role

This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, building relationships and taking ownership of sites.

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of locations across the Midlands, acting as the main point of contact for customers and on-site teams. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards, identifying potential risks early and ensuring services are delivered smoothly and safely.

  • Carrying out regular site visits to check standards and performance
  • Identifying risks or issues and putting practical solutions in place
  • Completing site assessments and reviews to ensure safe working environments
  • Making sure site instructions, records and systems are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting on-site teams with guidance, feedback and training where required
  • Reviewing performance and preparing clear summaries for customers
  • Managing health & safety matters and following up on any incidents

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone confident dealing with customers and managing relationships
  • Organised, practical and solutions-focused
  • Strong communication skills, both written and face to face
  • Comfortable using technology and systems to manage sites and information
  • Experience managing sites, contracts or field-based teams (security experience helpful but not essential)
  • Good awareness of health & safety and risk management
  • Full UK driving licence

What’s On Offer

  • Salary up to £35,000
  • Electric company car
  • Remote working with autonomy and trust
  • A varied role with plenty of time out on the road
  • Long-term career opportunity with a respected, stable business
