My client is a forward thinking, agile legal and financial recruitment business with a fantastic client base. 2022 looks set to be a busy year and they are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager to join a warm desk.

My client is looking to recruit an Account Manager to manage a warm desk and be responsible for providing clients with recruitment solutions.  The role will focus on management of key accounts and be focussed on ensuring these accounts are correctly serviced to the highest level.  You may already be working in recruitment and be looking to join a business committed to developing best practice and excellence in all you do.  The Agency is based in S10 with free parking.  

The Role
As an Account Manager you will manage all vacancies from the selection process through to placement.  Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and interviewing high calibre candidates in your field to fill job roles for existing clients
  • Writing specific adverts to attract high calibre candidates
  • Account management of existing clients
  • Attending client meetings
  • Networking at key industry events
  • Providing a solution at every step of the way to your client

The Person

  • You will be able to demonstrate achievement in your career to date and ideally have a strong academic background / graduate calibre
  • An individual with exceptional client relationship management experience who is likely to have worked in a sales / previous recruitment background or be able to apply key account management skills within a business to business setting
