Associate Director

My client is looking for a Senior Manager/Associate Director  to join the business.

Founded in 2019, they have grown from a team of 2 to a team of 8 and growing exponentially with double digit growth year to date. Their business is not only focused on search and selection of talent but also on retention. As such they work with a team of consulting partners and services to offer clients solutions to ever-changing team and business dynamics in an ever-changing climate.  You will be supported by the Search and Selection team who assist you in finding the right talent for your roles.

Key responsibilities include

• Identifying clients and organisations that are looking to hire, change or transform their existing teams.
• Developing your own division within the company leading by example
• Advising on the best route to sourcing top talent for a variety of clients.
• Through thorough questioning of the client, understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Pairing candidates with suitable opportunities, identifying individuals that will thrive in each organisation and better the teams that they will join.
• Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
• Provide insightful and honest career advice and market information to a huge variety of individuals

• You will have a natural inclination to understand and read individuals - assessing what they need through questioning and observation.
• Sales experience with a propensity to want to overcome obstacles and hurdles
• Experience of working at a senior level within a recruitment company
