As such they work with a team of consulting partners and services to offer clients solutions to ever-changing team and business dynamics in an ever-changing climate.  They provide advice and consulting services in coaching and mentoring services, wellbeing in the workplace, personality and ability assessment tools, Finance, Coaching and Mentoring, HR and Outplacement Services and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

My client is looking for a focused Executive Researcher to join their growing team. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to establish professional relationships in which you will convey clarity, conviction, and excellent market knowledge.  This opportunity will introduce you to the world of recruitment and career management where you’ll be working closely with the board of directors on key assignments and key clients.

This role would particularly suit someone who is tenacious, focused and has excellent written communication skills. They particularly welcome applicants who display a demonstrable interest and/or experience in English language, creative writing and communications.

This is a key role within the organisation. Each project that the business works on is unique and so is their response. You’ll be working with the board on key projects.

This will involve:

  • Understanding the job brief: strengths, opportunities, unique selling points as well as potential risks and complications.
  • Identifying suitable individuals on the market through research, market mapping, and using LinkedIn.
  • Writing excellent and engaging marketing material to describe the opportunity and attract best in class candidates.
  • You’ll be working on identifying some of the most exciting clients in the region and understanding whether or not they may be in a position to grow their team.
  • You’ll be involved in proposal discussions – with the Board and with their clients - and assisting with drafting elements of the proposal
  • You’ll be providing research information to provide commercial and category context for each proposal

If you’re interested, you will also have ample opportunity to write articles on industry related topics, wellbeing in the workplace or whatever seems pertinent to you!

Package Details

Up to £30,000 depending on experience
