My client, founded in 1988, provides care to a wide range of individuals with psychiatric illnesses and disabilities, with services and sites located across England, Scotland and Wales.
Job Summary:
To coordinate the administration functions in order to comply with NHS purchaser contracts in respect of data management. To work alongside the Commercial Compliance Manager and where necessary, the Head of Commercial and Contract Account Team members to ensure that the company is fully compliant with its contracts.
To play a key role in customer care.
Responsibilities
- Data Coordination - To oversee accurate and consistent completion of the data required under the various NHS contracts.
- To liaise with Senior Managers and Admin staff across various sites to ensure that all data is received and collated in a timely manner.
- To maintain data quality in terms of both recording (internally) and reporting (externally).
- To assist with the main monthly/quarterly/biannual and annual data submissions.
- To provide representation from the contract accounts team and attend contract review meetings with NHS customers.
- To create and amend templates where necessary for data submissions.
- To gather data and complete accurate returns for various contracts.
- To assist the Contract Account team with submissions.
- To disseminate such information to the NHS customer each week, month and quarter by the required deadlines.
- To complete ad-hoc data submissions when required.
General Administration
- Dissemination of information across all hospitals, liaising consistently with Senior Managers and staff at all sites.
- Occasional coordination of facilities and catering for meetings.
- Occasional audio typing of letters, and ensuring all correspondence is sent out in accordance with Company Health Care policy.
Other
- To act in accordance with all Company Health Care policies.
- To act in a fully confidential manner, both patient and business confidentiality.
- To attend/complete annual mandatory training.
Job Requirements
Essential
- Experience of working in a senior administration role and working with complex documents, data, reports, contracts, etc.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful and solution focused
- Calm under pressure and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Highly organised/ able to multi-task and prioritise tasks and time management
- Confident to represent at senior level meetings
- Approachable, good team player and supportive to team members
- Computer literacy and ability to use bespoke systems.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, inc the ability to present data in various formats.
