Recruitment Consultant - Temps / Construction Desk

My client is an independent recruitment business who pride themselves on providing a flexible service for their customers, tailoring their services and prices to suit their needs. 

Due to growth, they require an experienced Temps consultant to take over the day to day responsibility for a well established construction temp desk. own white collar temps desk working with clients across the Construction industry.  You will service the desk well ensuring you manage and develop current client relationships whilst maintaining a good candidate availability to fulfil a range of temp Trade positions.  You will be proactive coming in and identify new opportunities for supply and ways to maximise margins.

My client is looking for someone who is very driven to source and place the right candidates in a timely manner but also someone who is happy to contribute towards business development.

Objectives:

• To be proactive across all areas to maintain existing temp levels
• Identify new opportunities and areas to maximise margins and pipelines

Main duties and responsibilities are outlined below but are not limited:

• Build and maintain a solid database of Trades and Labour candidates.
• Manage and develop client relationships and current customer accounts.
• Marketing out of available candidates across social media, email, and phone calls
• Arranging and attending client service reviews
• Manage candidate relationships, delivering an excellent service at all times
• Ensure all candidates placed into work are fully compliant
• Work towards business targets and goals
• Build the company brand and reputation

In return we offer:

• The role pays between £25k and £30,000 DOE
• Bonus structure uncapped with realistic earnings of £8k to £10k per annum
