Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to take ownership of a warm, well-established Industrial desk?

We’re working with a highly respected, independent recruitment business in Sheffield that is looking to appoint a driven Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team.

This is a true 360 role, giving you full autonomy to manage and grow an already established desk covering the industrial sector. You’ll inherit existing client relationships and active business, with the opportunity to further develop and expand the division.

The Role:

• Managing a busy industrial desk with existing clients and candidates
• Business development to grow your client base
• Account management and relationship building
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Delivering high levels of service to both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience (industrial sector experience advantageous)
• Strong billing track record
• Confident in developing new business
• Organised, resilient and self-motivated
• A genuine passion for recruitment
