The Role
You will be working within the Primary Education desk, supporting schools with their staffing needs and building strong, long-term relationships across the region.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with primary schools to manage staffing requirements
- Sourcing, screening, and placing education professionals
- Building and developing client relationships
- Supporting the growth of an established desk
- Developing your own desk over time with full support and training
The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit:
- A trainee with sales experience or the right personal attributes (driven, resilient, outgoing, and commercially minded)
- OR an experienced recruiter from education or temporary recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, proactive, and tenacious approach
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Salary & Benefits
- £26,000 – £35,000 + commission, basic for trainee level
