Anna Maher Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join a growing and ambitious recruitment business in Barnsley.

We’re looking for someone who is driven, relationship-focused and motivated by success, with the confidence to manage the full recruitment process and continue growing an established desk.

The Role:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Building and developing long-term client relationships
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing industrial candidates
• Developing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities
• Managing temporary workforce requirements
• Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience within industrial recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, motivated and people-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
