I'm currently working with a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield that is looking to appoint an Export Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

The role offers:

Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm
Previous export experience is not essential. The company is looking for someone who is organised, enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing customer enquiries by telephone and email
Preparing and following up quotations
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Keeping customers updated on orders and deliveries
Coordinating courier bookings and shipments
Processing orders and supporting the sales administration team
Assisting with export documentation and paperwork
Maintaining accurate records using SAP and Microsoft Office
To be considered, you'll ideally have previous administration experience, strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to your work. Experience of sales administration, SAP or CRM systems would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
