Location: Hybrid / Field-Based – Yorkshire & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £30,000 Basic + Company Car + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonus (Realistic OTE £55,000+)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Heat Pump Sales Consultant to join a successful and growing renewable energy business.

If you have experience selling air source heat pumps or other renewable energy solutions, this is your chance to join a company that provides a steady flow of qualified customer enquiries, allowing you to focus on building relationships, offering expert advice and closing sales.

Working from home and visiting customers across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas, you'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your own diary while being fully supported by an experienced technical and administrative team.

The Role

  • Working with homeowners who have already expressed an interest in renewable heating solutions, you'll:

  • Contact warm inbound enquiries

  • Arrange and manage your own appointments

  • Carry out home consultations

  • Understand customers' heating requirements

  • Recommend suitable air source heat pump systems

  • Prepare quotations and explain solutions clearly

  • Convert enquiries into completed sales

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey

This role allows you to spend your time advising customers and closing business—not searching for leads.

  • Heat Pump Sales Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous sales experience within air source heat pumps, renewable energy or low-carbon heating

  • A strong understanding of renewable heating solutions

  • Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills

  • A consultative approach to sales

  • Strong organisational skills

  • The ability to work independently and manage your own diary

  • A full UK driving licence

  • Experience with the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) and CRM systems would be advantageous but isn't essential.
