I'm delighted to be working with a successful and growing consultancy in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter that's looking to recruit an ambitious Executive Assistant / Business Support Coordinator.

The Role

You'll be at the heart of the business, providing first-class support whilst helping everything run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing professional PowerPoint presentations and business documents.

  • Coordinating meetings, events and office activities.

  • Managing calls and welcoming visitors.

  • Supporting projects and improving processes.

  • Providing high-level administrative support across the business.

  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

About You

You'll already have experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or in a similar business support role.

You'll also have:

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint.

  • The ability to create polished, professional presentations.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently.

  • The ambition to develop your career with a business that will invest in you.

  • Experience within construction or professional services would be an advantage but isn't essential.
