I'm delighted to be working with a successful and growing consultancy in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter that's looking to recruit an ambitious Executive Assistant / Business Support Coordinator.
This is much more than an administration role. My client is looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to become a valued member of a supportive, collaborative team.
The Role
You'll be at the heart of the business, providing first-class support whilst helping everything run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Producing professional PowerPoint presentations and business documents.
Coordinating meetings, events and office activities.
Managing calls and welcoming visitors.
Supporting projects and improving processes.
Providing high-level administrative support across the business.
Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
About You
You'll already have experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or in a similar business support role.
You'll also have:
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint.
The ability to create polished, professional presentations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently.
The ambition to develop your career with a business that will invest in you.
Experience within construction or professional services would be an advantage but isn't essential.
