Managing Consultant – Graduate Recruitment

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious 360 recruiter who's looking to move into a specialist market with genuine long-term potential.

I'm delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's most established recruitment businesses to recruit an experienced Managing Consultant to lead and grow their successful Graduate Recruitment division.

Unlike many management roles, this isn't about inheriting a struggling desk. You'll join an established and profitable graduate division with two successful billing consultants already in place, a strong national client base and plenty of existing opportunities to develop. Your role will be to lead from the front, continue building client relationships and help shape the future growth of the division.

Graduate recruitment is an incredibly rewarding sector. You'll work with businesses across the UK to attract and recruit talented graduates, helping to launch careers while building long-term partnerships with employers. As the hiring manager explained, one of the graduates he placed years ago is now a key decision-maker within one of their client organisations – a great example of the lasting relationships this market creates.

About You

You'll be an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys developing business, winning new clients and building long-term relationships.

You'll also have:

• A proven background in agency recruitment.

• Strong business development and account management skills.

• Experience managing or mentoring consultants, or the ambition to do so.

• A commercial approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

• The drive to lead a successful specialist division while continuing to bill.
