The Role
As Manufacturing Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading your team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring production runs efficiently, quality standards are maintained, and customer requirements are met.
Working closely with other departments, you'll help keep production flowing, solve problems as they arise, and support continuous improvement across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
Leading, motivating and supporting a production team.
Ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Monitoring workflow and product movement throughout the manufacturing process.
Using the company's ERP system to manage production information and operational activities.
Reviewing production data and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Working collaboratively with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
Supporting and developing team members.
Maintaining high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and quality.
We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience leading a team within a manufacturing, engineering or machining environment.
A good understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.
Experience using ERP systems.
The ability to analyse production information and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A positive, hands-on approach with the confidence to lead by example.
