Are you an experienced recruiter looking for something different? This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing business as an internal Senior Recruitment Consultant, where you'll still enjoy the commercial side of recruitment without working for a traditional recruitment agency.

You'll become part of a well-established organisation operating within the Health, Safety, Environmental and Industrial sectors, supporting clients across the UK with workforce solutions while helping drive the continued growth of the business.

This role combines business development, relationship management and recruitment delivery, making it ideal for an experienced technical recruiter who enjoys building lasting client partnerships and taking ownership of the entire recruitment process.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for developing both new and existing client relationships while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across Health & Safety, Environmental and technical positions.

From winning new business through to placing candidates and managing contractor relationships, you'll have the autonomy to make the role your own while contributing to the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage long-term client relationships.

  • Identify and win new business opportunities.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.

  • Recruit for Health & Safety, Environmental and other technical positions.

  • Source, interview and engage high-calibre candidates.

  • Negotiate offers and commercial terms.

  • Manage contractor care and client retention.

  • Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

  • Contribute to business growth through a consultative approach.

About You:

You'll be an experienced recruiter with a strong track record in technical, engineering, construction, industrial or specialist recruitment.

You'll also have:

  • Experience in business development and account management.

  • A consultative, relationship-led approach.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.

  • The ability to manage multiple assignments within a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
