Property & Lettings Co-ordinator (Part Time)

Salary: Up to £32,000 Pro Rata

Working three days per week from 9am to 4pm, this varied part-time role involves supporting the day-to-day management of a student property portfolio in Sheffield. You’ll coordinate viewings, tenancies, inspections and maintenance while delivering excellent service to tenants, contractors and suppliers.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established student property business in Sheffield for a Property & Lettings Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of a portfolio of student accommodation. This is a varied position combining property management, student lettings, administration and customer service.

You'll be the link between tenants, contractors and the office, ensuring properties are well maintained, tenants receive excellent service and everything runs efficiently throughout the year.

The Role

  • Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating student property viewings.

  • Supporting the tenancy process from enquiry through to move in.

  • Carrying out regular property inspections.

  • Organising maintenance, repairs and property improvements.

  • Liaising with tenants, contractors and suppliers.

  • Coordinating the annual student property changeover.

  • Updating property information and maintaining accurate records.

  • Delivering an excellent customer experience to tenants throughout their tenancy.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • A confident communicator with strong customer service skills.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Comfortable working both in the office and visiting local properties.

  • IT confident and happy learning new systems.

  • Previous experience within property, lettings, facilities, hospitality or customer service would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
