Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to move away from a corporate style brand of recruitment, governed by KPI’s, set hours, and capped bonus to a more boutique style recruitment business that gives you full autonomy and the ability to run your desk as if it’s your own business.

My client is looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join their team.  Founded in 2019, they are growing rapidly and are looking to further expand their team. Their business is not only focused on search and selection of talent but also on retention. As such they work with a team of consulting partners and services to offer clients solutions to ever-changing team and business dynamics in an ever-changing climate.  Their highly experienced search team enable them to operate across a wide range of sectors and locations and you will be able to do the same.

They are specifically looking for those with recruitment experience to join the team. This is a particularly interesting time to be joining the business due to a period of significant investment. They are recruiting at a range of levels.

Key responsibilities include

  • Identifying clients and organisations that are looking to hire, change or transform their existing teams.
  • Advising on the best route to sourcing top talent for a variety of clients.
  • Through thorough questioning of the client, understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Pairing candidates with suitable opportunities, identifying individuals that will thrive in each organisation and better the teams that they will join.
  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
  • Provide insightful and honest career advice and market information to a huge variety of individuals
  • Attend networking events relevant to your market and be involved in the creation of insightful events here at Inclusive

Who they are looking for:

  • Inquiring, curious individuals with high levels of emotional intelligence.
  • You will have a natural inclination to understand and read individuals - assessing what they need through questioning and observation.
  • Sales experience would be highly beneficial with a propensity to want to overcome obstacles and hurdles
  • Those that are motivated to continually improve, grow and develop both personally and within a team.
