My client runs a Sales and Marketing company and they are looking for an experienced business to business salesperson to join their team. Salary up to £30k basic plus commission. With state of the art offices based in S11 the role will involve working on specific sales/marketing campaigns. This is a full time office based role with heaps of room for progression. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Participating in trade shows and other industry events to network and generate leads
  • Coordinating and managing multiple client accounts
  • Working independently and managing a diverse range of sales activities
  • Experience of telemarketing / face to face sales desirable

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A-C GCSE’s / A-Levels
  • 18 months plus experience of working in a b2b sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Good phone etiquette, good attitude, strong work ethic, punctual & resilient

This Job description covers the requirement of a well-rounded Business Development Executive who has experience in working in a b2b sales environment but looking to move to a more independent role. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of sales activities, possess good communication skills, and have experience in account management.
