Salary: £23 to £28k DOE plus great bonus scheme

I am recruiting for a buzzy local well established and reputable agency, one that is very fast-paced and ever-changing so it is essential that whoever applies should have the strength of character to be able to handle the pressure of the business - a positive mindset is key! For the right person, it could be a career opportunity, but it certainly will be a development opportunity for someone who is looking for something interesting and challenging.

Experience is not necessary for the right person but the desire to succeed, and the ability to learn and remain focused is essential for this role. The role involves a variety of tasks supporting the internal team. There is a vast amount of telephone work so you must be an excellent communicator with an upbeat personality and have a tenacious approach. The role also involves researching on the internet daily which can become repetitive at times, the ability to scan information and probe effectively is paramount.

Duties Include:

  • Prospecting for new business through social media/ contacting new clients/following up leads.
  • Resourcing for candidates on job boards/ LinkedIn/ social media
  • Advertising jobs on job boards
  • Networking
  • Meeting with clients face to face via zoom or in person to generate new business.
  • Sending out marketing materials
  • Arranging & confirming interviews & putting together marketing packs
  • Liaising with clients over the phone or email where necessary
  • Researching the websites for sales leads
  • Booking candidates in for interviews via Zoom
  • Referencing candidates
  • Overseeing the needs of the desk & prioritising the workload

Marketing (on occasion )

  • Maintaining/updating Company profile on social media
  • Promoting brand awareness across online platforms
  • Keeping up to date with recruitment trends
  • Putting together Canva posts
  • Promoting jobs on social media

The skills we are looking for are as follows:

  • Commercial sales experience ideally.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent level of administration and customer service
  • The ability to remain positive even when let down.
  • Persuasive personality
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent rapport-building skills
