Head of Perms

We’re working exclusively with a well-established recruitment business in Doncaster to recruit a talented Head of Permanent Recruitment managing a team of 9 Recruitment Consultants. This is a key leadership role where you’ll combine hands-on recruitment, strategic direction, and people development — managing a team of 9 consultants across sectors including Engineering, Construction & MMC, Driving, and Industrial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of consultants to achieve revenue and performance goals
• Drive divisional growth through strategy, sales, and strong client relationships
• Lead by example with active involvement in business development
• Maintain operational efficiency and compliance
• Report on divisional performance and contribute to business planning

Skills & Experience:

• Proven background in agency recruitment (perm focus preferred)
• Experience managing, mentoring, or developing consultants
• Commercially aware with strong leadership skills
• Passion for sales and leading from the front
• Based within commutable distance of Doncaster
