Recruitment Consultant - Construction / Infrastructure

Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in construction, build or infrastructure recruitment? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a respected independent recruitment agency expanding its presence across Suffolk and East Anglia.

We’re looking for a driven recruiter who enjoys developing business, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. You’ll have the freedom to grow your own desk with no geographical restrictions and genuine support from a friendly, professional team.

The Role

• Manage your own 360 recruitment desk across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Win new business and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Suffolk and East Anglia region.
• Source, interview, and place skilled candidates in both contract and permanent roles.
• Provide excellent service and clear communication to clients and candidates.
• Visit client sites and support key projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment.
• Proven billing history and a strong track record of success.
• Knowledge of the construction, build, or infrastructure sectors.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset and the confidence to develop your own client base.
