About the role

You’ll take full ownership of a busy desk, managing both clients and candidates across the Industrial or Driving sectors. This is a 360 recruitment role, so strong business development and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining long-term client partnerships
• Managing the full recruitment process from job brief to placement
• Attracting, interviewing, and placing quality candidates
• Meeting and exceeding agreed performance targets

About you

• Minimum 1 years experience in recruitment
• Proven success in winning and developing new business
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A full UK driving licence
