The Role
Reporting into senior management, the Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure systems, people and processes run effectively. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing minimal administrative support to senior management, including processing some payments, checking post, managing emails and general office support
- Acting as the main point of contact for IT and systems, liaising with external providers regarding server, printer and software issues
- Maintaining and overseeing software systems
- Managing stationery orders, including approvals and reconciling delivery notes with invoices
- Overseeing office maintenance, including cleaning, repairs and general upkeep
- Responsibility for Health & Safety and Fire Safety compliance
- Managing, reviewing and renewing supplier contracts
- Maintaining HR records, including personnel files, sickness absence and annual leave
- Managing new starter onboarding, including system access, PC setup, application logins, holiday calculations and issuing company policies
- Supporting the leaver process, including coordinating system access removal and processing relevant documentation
About You
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Senior Administrator or similar role
- Confident overseeing office operations, IT coordination and HR administration
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Professional, discreet and approachable
