The Role
As a Digital Content Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, SEO-led content and digital PR campaigns while working closely with SEO, design and marketing teams.
Location: Full-time, hybrid working• Minimum 3 days per week in the office during probation (Sheffield City Centre)
• Post-probation office attendance subject to agreement
Salary: £28,000 + excellent benefits & progression plan
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Creation
- Write high-quality, SEO-optimised content for a diverse client portfolio
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate closely with SEO and design teams to create case studies and blogs
- Produce regular blog content for the DMP website
- Stay up to date with SEO best practices and algorithm updates
Digital PR
- Research, plan and write digital PR content including press releases, thought leadership and data-led campaigns
- Develop creative PR angles to drive coverage, backlinks and brand authority
- Build relationships with journalists, bloggers and media outlets
- Use data and insights to create newsworthy stories
- Keep up with digital media trends and AI-driven PR tools
Social Media
- Manage social media projects for clients, including content creation and scheduling
- Develop and implement a social media plan for DMP
- Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm updates
Client & Project Management
- Manage content delivery using Monday.com
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted content partner
- Prepare social media and performance reports with actionable insights

Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal English (UK), with flexibility for US-based content
- Proven content writing experience with strong SEO knowledge

- Experience managing social media platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- High attention to detail and deadline-driven
- Ideally 5+ years’ writing experience (or similar)
