The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Building strong client relationships
• Sourcing and managing high-calibre candidates
• Managing recruitment processes from initial engagement to successful placement
• Contributing to the growth of a specialist consultancy operating internationally

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment experience preferred but not essential
• OR strong B2B professional services experience (sales, account management, business development, or similar)
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and consultative approach
• Self-motivated and ambitious
