New Residential Property Valuer role to join a well-established and prestigious Estate Agent, leading the way through innovation and their outstanding customer service. They are a highly reputable firm of independent residential estate agents which has established its position as one of the leading estate agents in the Sheffield and surrounding area.

This is a superb opportunity for someone who is currently valuing, to have a more autonomous role and a patch to operate in where you will be dealing with properties often in excess of £1m..!

What you will be doing

• Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market
• Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers
• Booking and chasing up valuations
• Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions
• Identifying opportunities for new business
• Undertaking canvassing of local properties and win new business
• Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office
• Prospecting for new business

What you will have

• A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market
• You are currently working as a valuer so have up to date market knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
