As a new addition to the team, you will be fully inducted in the whole 360 recruitment process, from candidates to clients and the development of both. Key to the role and at the forefront of everything they do is relationships and the ability to not only build new relationships but strengthen the ones they already have.
Key responsibilities will include.
- Candidate management, including calls and registrations
- Client management, including calls and meetings
- Advertising, response, and screening
- Networking, external and internal as well as hosting your own events
- Shortlisting and presentation of shortlists
- PSL management and conversion
- Interview allocation and preparation
- Offer management and negotiation
- Key account management
