Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Consultant or Administrator looking for your next opportunity?
We’re working with a well-established recruitment agency based in Leeds, West Yorkshire who are looking to add an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to their growing team.

The Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be involved in supporting the full recruitment process, working closely with candidates, clients and the wider recruitment team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Advertising and managing job vacancies.
Screening and speaking with candidates.
Arranging and coordinating interviews.
Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Updating candidate databases and recruitment systems.
Ensuring candidate compliance and documentation is completed correctly.
Coordinating new starter onboarding and inductions.
General recruitment administration and reporting.
Supporting the wider team to achieve targets and deadlines.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident and enjoys working with people.
You’ll have previous experience within recruitment
You’ll also need:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
A positive, proactive attitude.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
Fluent written and spoken English.
A full UK driving licence and your own transport.
