You will initially start your career here as a resourcer – advertising, pre-screening and talking to candidates about particular roles within specialist sectors. As the role progresses you will become more client facing, visiting companies, taking job specs and general account management. Previous trainees here have gone on to enjoy advancement into Management and other senior roles.

To be considered, you will need:

• to be able to demonstrate some experience in a sales role
• be outgoing and a great communicator at all levels
• lots of initiative, drive, motivation and energy to deliver a top class recruitment service
• good at managing own workload and working in a team
• strong attention to detail whilst researching and job matching
• well presented and excellent telephone manner
• strong IT skills

On offer here is a starting salary of £20k, a bespoke and rewarding bonus scheme (realistic 1st year earnings are around £28k) – as you develop fully into a consultant role, you can expect a significant increase in your pay (most consultants here earned around £70k in 2017)
