Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search Agency

My client is an Executive Search Recruitment Consultancy businesses operating within the Corporate Finance and Private Equity Investment sectors. They are a headhunting firm and work with some of the world's largest and most successful Financial Services businesses.

They are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with excellent sales and people skills and high levels of emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate will have some sales or recruitment experience (any sector). They will also consider someone looking to make a career change from a different field but you must have first class communication and relationship building skills and be motivated for a career in Executive recruitment.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Researching and building relationships with new candidates in their target sectors
• Updating company databases and market maps
• Creating role descriptions and marketing them to suitable candidates
• Discussing roles with suitable candidates via face to face meetings or over the telephone
• Qualifying candidates by experience and motivations and presenting suitable candidates to our clients
• Attending meetings with new and existing clients to understand hiring plans and strategic goals

We are offering a starting salary between £20k - £22k (dependent on experience), a generous and market leading bonus scheme and annual team away days.
